Cancellation Policy:

If you want to cancel your spot on the trip, you must do so before Tuesday, December 1, 2015 for a refund. After December 1, 2015, there will be no refunds, however, if for some reason you need to cancel after this date, you will be responsible for the airfare transfer fees and any Pachamama Alliance deposit fees we have pre-paid.

Trip Costs

a. Costs: $4,000 per person. ONTRAPORT will cover $2,000 of your fees so final cost to employee is $2,000.

b. Payment Plan: The cost of your trip will be deducted on a pre-tax basis from your wages over 40 (forty) paychecks starting September 4, 2015 at the rate of $50 per paycheck, per week.

c. Guests: You are welcome to bring a guest, however they are responsible for the full amount of the trip $4,000.
